How to Request Account Deletion

• Your driver phone number

Step 2: Verification

We will verify your identity and send a confirmation email within 48 hours.

Step 3: Confirmation

Once verified, we will process your deletion request and send a final confirmation email.

Data Deletion Information

The following data will be permanently deleted:

• Personal Information (name, email, phone number)
• Vehicle Information
• Driver's License Information
• Ride History
• Profile Pictures

Data Retention Period:

• Account data will be deleted within 30 days of request confirmation
• Backup data will be deleted within 90 days
• Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes as required by local laws
